Investment opportunities in Angolan market to be unveiled

As Angola celebrates its 40th year of independence, national unity, peace and development, investors, entrepreneurs and financiers will gather for the Angola Trade and Investment Forum (ATIF) on Friday, 13 November 2015 at The River Club, Observatory, Cape Town.

ATIF is the strategic conference and exhibition event platform designed to showcase Angola for what it is – an attractive and viable destination for trade and investment – and to enhance your opportunities for business within its burgeoning market.

Angola is sub-Saharan Africa’s third largest economy and offers enormous opportunities (beyond Oil & Gas) in key industry sectors including: Agriculture and Agribusiness, Energy, Mining, Construction, Transportation and Infrastructure, Real Estate and Property Development, Financial Services, ICTs, Hospitality and Tourism. Participating will enable you to network and make crucial contacts necessary for your new business partnerships and expansion plans.

With the promulgation of the new Angola Private Investment Law which came into effect in August 2015, the Angolan Government has solidified its diversification strategy and has put in place structural reforms and measures to facilitate FDIs into the country.

Not only will the event bring together under one roof many Angolan organisations and firms, their business executives and decision makers from diverse sectors, but it will also host many South African and international companies and businesses eager to venture into the high growth and lucrative Angolan market.

Endorsed by the Angolan Consulate General in Cape Town, ATIF is jointly organised by Lello International and ICO Conferences & Events Limited, in partnership with WESGRO, the official Tourism, Trade and Investment Promotion Agency for Cape Town and the Western Cape.
