Capitec Bank has been announced as the bank with the highest customer satisfaction index in the annual release of the SA-csi report this morning. The bank attained an overall ranking of 84.9, the highest score achieved out of seven in a survey taken by over 15 000 participants.

Gerrie Fourie, Chief Executive Officer at Capitec Bank, shared his thoughts on the announcement below:

“We are very grateful to our clients for this recognition and are proud to be receiving this award for the sixth consecutive year. We strive to help our clients bank better, through saving them time and money, allowing them to live better. This acknowledgement tells us that we are headed in the right direction, however, we realise that there is always the opportunity for further improvement.

We will continue to transform the banking industry by providing simplified, affordable banking that offers personalised service through our branch network, digital banking and personalised communication.

This recognition is the result of the efforts of each of our employees. We would like to thank them for their dedication to our brand and clients, making it possible for us to deliver a simplified solution that helps South Africans bank better.”
