Capitec ranks highest in the customer satisfaction index for the 6th consecutive year

Capitec Bank has been announced as the bank with the highest customer satisfaction index in the annual release of theย SA-csi reportย this morning. The bank attained an overall ranking of 84.9, the highest score achieved out of seven in a survey taken by over 15ย 000 participants.

Gerrie Fourie, Chief Executive Officer at Capitec Bank, shared his thoughts on the announcement below:

โ€œWe are very grateful to our clients for this recognition and are proud to be receiving this award for the sixth consecutive year. We strive to help our clients bank better, through saving them time and money, allowing them to live better. This acknowledgement tells us that we are headed in the right direction, however, we realise that there is always the opportunity for further improvement.
