Sinqobile Disability Centre gets a boost from Steinmüller Africa

Steinmüller Africa recently aided a non-profit organisation in the Vosman area of eMalahleni by donating numerous items to ensure the centre operates in the most efficient way to help disabled members of the community.

The company donated appliances, including a fridge, a gas hob and an electric stove. Along with these was the donation of gardening equipment, kitchen utensils, tables and chairs. The centre was also provided with the full refurbishment of its plumbing and electricity systems. This included the installation of a solar geyser. To help with the administrative operation of the centre, a laptop and printer were also donated, a variety of games was donated to keep centre members entertained. For the purpose of making and mending clothes for those who will be serviced by Sinqobile, two sewing machines were given.

The Sinqobile Disability Centre holds the community it operates in together by not only helping disabled community members but also feeding and housing the poor. Its founder, Hilda Simelane, is an active member of the community who strives to improve the lives of those around her.
