In today’s economy it always nice to see and hear about success stories. And with that in mind it is with great excitement that we can announce that RSA Litho acquired a shareholding in Shumani Mills Communications and will merge their respective operations into one.

This news has definitely created a buzz in the local as well as international print industry and heads are turning and looking at what we are doing.

Both RSA Litho and Shumani holds very strong positions in their respective markets and the combination of both companies’ abilities and knowledge will enable us to reach new heights in innovation, productivity and customer offering.

The management of the company will be headed up by the RSA Litho team with Ryno Kotze appointed as the Managing Director.

So with over 60 years in the printing industry, this sure is a time to be proud of what both companies have achieved. We are looking forward to the next 60 years and we are committed to forging a new way of doing print. Firstly by expanding our capabilities and offering. Then by turning our heads to the future … and all we can say right now is, brace yourself! It is super exciting, efficient, effective and effortless!

The effective date of this merger is 1 July 2019,  and merging of the physical operations will follow in the next few months. Until further communication all telephone numbers and contact emails will remain the same.

We make printing EASIER, BETTER, FASTER. And we look forward to welcoming all our clients and new clients, to our new premises. So book your factory tour today and come and see what we are doing!
