FM Solutions has expanded its service offering to clients with the launch of FM Solutions Technical – a new specialist unit that focuses specifically on ensuring that each client’s workspace and infrastructure is safe, compliant and well-maintained in order to operate at optimal efficiency.
With its team of in-house technicians and engineers, FM Solutions Technical effectively addresses the unique technical maintenance requirements of their corporate clients by providing first line maintenance, visual inspections, preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and asset condition assessments. These services include:
- Building Fabric Maintenance: e.g. plumbing and drainage, building signage, paving, general handyman services, furniture and other minor repairs, marginal equipment maintenance, waterproofing, painting.
- Mechanical Maintenance: g. attending to air conditioning and ventilation systems (HVAC), water treatment plants, fire reticulation equipment and services, fire suppression systems, building management systems, lift maintenance, water features, pools and pumps, sump pumps and automation.
