KANU acquires KEMACH

We are excited to inform you that the shareholders of Kanu Equipment have entered into an agreement to acquire Kemach Equipment South Africa. This is subject to regulatory and internal approvals.

Kanu is the largest distributor of Liebherr, Bomag and McCloskey equipment on the African Continent, Kemach distributes the same brands within South Africa, in addition to Bull TLBs and Kemach Forklifts. The synergies are obvious, and of ultimate benefit to our customers.

We are confident that under the direction of the Kanu Management Team these premium brands in the Kemach stable will receive the dedicated support they deserve.

In addition, the existing Kanu customers in Africa will benefit from the new resource available within South Africa.

The Kanu and Kemach Teams are available at any time to address any queries that you may have.
