Stone Crushers
FAE stone crusher from the STCL series is just what you need, with the ability to work up to 150 mm deep. STC/DT will work on stones up to 300mm, with fixed carbon steel teeth and dual transmission. Large stones as big as 500mm in diameter, FAE lets you choose from at least 10 different stone crusher models in three different lines when paired with 130kW-370kW tractors.
Soil Stabilizer
Do you need a soil stabilizer with a variable geometry chamber that guarantees maximum performance? The STABI/H and STABI/H/HP series has variable geometry mixing chamber and special rotor for extremely precise work even up to 580mm. This technology has two important benefits. First, it allows the machine to penetrate the soil with just the rotor. Second, the mixing chamber’s volume is variable. As the depth increases, the chamber’s volume also increases, and so does the ability to manage the material being mixed.
Multitask Crusher
Do you need to mill rock or asphalt slabs, crush rocks and stabilize soil up to 280mm deep? The RSL series is compact and lightweight, and the MTL series, with variable geometry chamber, are models that have a 2,2m working width.
MTM, MTM/HP and MTH, MTH/HP series are both effective at crushing stones and rocks, milling asphalt and rock slabs, and stabilizing the soil up to 400mm and 500mm deep respectively. The Full Control System (FCS) makes it possible to set and automatically maintain the exact amount of water or liquid dispensed into the mixing chamber according to surface, crushing volume and forward speed, guaranteeing that the moisture level is always right. The 7” display lets you set parameters directly from the tractor cab so useful information about the machine’s operating status can be monitored in real time. Additionally, you can create processing reports from the display.
All FAE multitask heads (except for the RSL) rely on the technology of the variable geometry mixing and crushing chamber.
