Meet the Pirtek Africa head office team
For more than 25 years, Pirtek Africa has built its reputation on a simple commitment to keep its customers across Africa operating. That promise does not necessarily start and end on-site or at roadside. It starts at Pirtek Africa’s Waterfall head office and distribution centre, where the team is responsible for making sure every Pirtek Franchise Centre and customer across South Africa and the wider continent has what it needs to deliver on that commitment.
That team is made up of several departments spanning across strategic management, commercial (sales and product development), finance, technical, logistics and administration who ensure the business remains at the forefront our the market and its demands. Pirtek Africa’s team strives to provide a financially stable and supportive head office structure, with readily available product, technical product support, and the logistical infrastructure to ensure the needs of its Franchise Centres, OEM customers and partners across greater African are met without compromise.
Whatever the role, the priority is the same. When a Centre or customer needs technical guidance on a complex application, head office is there. When a customer needs after-sales follow-up to make sure a repair is holding up under real working conditions, that support is already built into how the business operates. When stock levels need to move fast to meet demand in a new region, the system exists to make it happen.
It is this behind-the-scenes work (often unseen by the customers Pirtek serves) that allows our business’s network to focus on what it does best: getting equipment back into operation, fast!
As Pirtek Africa continues to grow its footprint across the continent, the strength of this team becomes more important, and is built daily, by people who show up, adapt to changing conditions, and keep the support structure solid under a growing network of Centres and customers.
